Billing & Automatic Renewal
Subscriptions are billed monthly on the 20th.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that your subscription will automatically renew each month unless canceled.
Your payment method on file will be charged on the 20th for the upcoming subscription period.
If the 20th falls on a weekend or holiday, the charge may be processed on the nearest business day.
Order Processing & Shipping
Subscription orders are processed and prepared for mailing shortly after the renewal date.
Shipping timelines vary depending on postal service and destination and are not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate mailing address.
Address updates must be made before the 20th to apply to the upcoming month’s shipment.
Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account or by contacting us.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellations must be completed before the 20th of the month.
Cancellations made on or after the 20th will take effect the following month.
Refunds & Returns
Due to the nature of subscription-based mailed goods, all subscription charges are non-refundable once billed.
We do not offer refunds or replacements for items that are delayed, lost, or undelivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
No partial refunds are issued for canceled subscriptions once a billing cycle has begun.
Failed or Declined Payments
If a payment is declined on the renewal date, we may attempt to process the payment again.
If payment cannot be completed, your subscription may be paused or canceled until payment information is updated.
Changes to Subscription or Pricing
We reserve the right to update subscription pricing, contents, shipping methods, or this policy at any time.
