MEET THE MOMS
Kristin is originally from Southeast Michigan, but moved to Knoxville in 2010 and now calls it “home.” She’s a 38 year old stay at home mom, who occasionally subs at her son’s parent’s day out program. In her past life (ha!) she enjoyed music, singing, playing guitar and piano. She also loves to dance, whether that's zumba, swing dance, or dancing with her family in her kitchen. She also loves the mountains, hiking and being by the water! Her favorite moments are anytime that she, her husband and their 18 month old son get to play together!
Lizzie is a Knoxville transplant originally from Central Illinois, where everything moved a little bit slower: corn and bean fields, waiting 30 minutes for a freight train, driving slower because the roads were brick, and where being “stuck in traffic” meant being behind a combine moving 7 MPH. After chasing a faster life in college and beyond, Lizzie now enjoys being a SAHM to her 2 boys, Theodore and Maverick.
These days, you’ll usually find her obsessively researching child development, homeschooling strategies, and new recipes to cook. She loves to inspire and challenge women through her writing, and is passionate about helping women discover their identity and walk in their purpose.
Gillian is originally from Anderson, South Carolina. She, along with her husband and two year old son, moved to Knoxville two years ago. She has a degree in interior design and a background in ministry, but most days you can find her painting with her son or scanning Facebook Marketplace for her next furniture flip. In her free time, Gillian loves doing projects with her husband or pitching her latest business idea to him. You might just be looking at one that sprouted some wings. ;)
